Don’t stop me when I’m on a roll (with cheese and tomato)

So I did a bit more work on 2.0, and here is what I did: -

Better integration of the Load New Crossword functionality. I put it onto a tab.
Better integration of the Load Saved Crossword functionality. I also put it onto a tab.
Code size and complexity was significantly reduced because of the of the better integration.
JavaScript classes are even neater, also because of the better integration.
Added a progress bar, as suggested by jorge.villalobos (jorge.villalobos also suggested improved integration of the Load New Crossword functionality and the Load Saved Crossword functionality).

Please report any bugs, recommendations, suggestions, or quibbles into this blog. If version 2.0 is sufficiently bug free, I’ll update AMO with the new version. There are currently only four (I added two more!) crosswords in the database. I will add more. Yes, I know that I said the same thing more than a year ago, but I promise to actually do it this time
